Manager - Legal

With 900+ global enterprises as our clients across 116+ countries, we are committed to continuous innovation in HR tech. **Key Responsibilities:** - Draft and review contracts with Customers, Partners, and Vendors. - Manage the Legal Document Repository and update contract forms regularly. - Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations across different regions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize contracts. - Evaluate risk factors related to business decisions and operations. - Coordinate with external lawyers in case of litigations. - Communicate and negotiate with external parties on contractual clauses. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of corporate law experience in the US, Middle East, or South East Asia (SEA). - Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts. - Curiosity to learn and explore new things. - Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedures. - Ability to create legal strategies and handle litigations. - Excellent communication skills and professional ethics. - Analytical skills and sound judgement. - Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions is preferred.
