Manager - Legal

What do you drive for us?

• Responsible for protecting Randstad India's legal interest and enabling stakeholders through contractual documents or otherwise in alignment with the laws and company policies.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of our business by undertaking a variety of legal issues and projects, and ensure that the company operates within the laws at all times.

What a typical day at work would look like?

• Give accurate and timely counsel to stakeholders on a variety of legal topics including labor and other laws applicable to the different lines of Randstad business
• Draft and solidify different types of contractual and other legal documents to protect the companys legal rights/interests.
• Keeping updated knowledge of legislations.
• Client and Vendor Contract Vetting Review, redline and negotiate
• Handling tool based contract vetting and approval
• Legal Validation & Stamping: Verifying hard copies of the Agreements/Addendums/Amendments with the draft vetted by the Legal Team
• Legal Advisory : To various internal/external stakeholders on legal issues
• Other Supporting Functions : Preparing monthly/other reports/minutes of the meetings, arranging meetings, support in template creation/updation
• Responding to tender/RFQ/RFPs
• Litigation Support
• Any other responsibility as required

Preferred candidate profile

Education Qualifications :

• LLB Graduate

Experience :

• Should have 6-10 years of experience
• Preferred Industry experience: staffing and recruitment, or any service industry
