Drive continuous improvement in the tube manufacturing process, focusing on enhancing stability, capability, efficiency and reduce defect and claim. Play a key role in implementing and managing digitalization initiatives within the Quality Assurance department, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision making. Collaborate closely with the team at Amrit Rubber (presumably a manufacturing site or partner) to improve QSA scores and drive a culture of quality excellence. Actively contribute to reducing technical claims by conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a proactive approach to quality management. Lead and participate in Quality Improvement Projects (QIPs) aimed at achieving consistent product quality through optimized and standardized processes.
