Manager - Industrial Engineering

• Lead and implement Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), SMED, and Kaizen events, to optimize production processes and reduce lead times.
• Analyze current production systems and workflows to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, reduce setup times, and minimize waste (MURI) across all stages of manufacturing.
• Develop and implement robust data analysis systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) like OEE, cycle time, and manpower utilization, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Play an active role in fostering a positive and engaged workforce. This includes implementing programs that enhance workplace ergonomics, improve communication channels, and increase overall employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including Production, Quality, and Engineering to implement process improvements, drive cost-saving projects, and achieve operational excellence.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience successfully implementing Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, facilitate workshops, and build consensus across different departments.
• A passion for driving continuous improvement and creating a culture of operational excellence.
