Job Purpose

To drive customer preference, profitability, and innovation for CEAT’s replacement product categories by leading strategic marketing initiatives and managing the end-to-end development of new products across OEM, Exports, and Replacement business units. The role ensures brand growth, market share expansion, and timely product availability aligned with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Customer Preference

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to build customer preference and brand imagery for CEAT products.
  • Drive Net Replacement Sales and Market Share growth through targeted campaigns and channel programs.
  • Monitor Future Purchase Consideration and Brand Imagery Scores via monthly consumer surveys.
  • Optimize Gross Margin across business units by aligning product positioning and pricing strategies.

Consumer Engagement & Brand Communication

  • Design and execute Consumer & Influencer Contact Programs with high adherence to planned activities.
  • Oversee Advertising Media Execution for select categories, ensuring campaign effectiveness and alignment with brand objectives.

Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead the Annual and Long-Term NPD Roadmap across OEM, Exports, and Replacement segments.
  • Ensure SKU Launch Adherence and PLM Stage Compliance for all new product initiatives.
  • Deliver QCD Targets (Quality, Cost, Delivery) for new product launches across business units.
  • Initiate Product Improvements based on customer, channel, and internal testing feedback.

Demand Planning & Strategic Alignment

  • Drive Long-Term Demand Planning (LTDP) and Annual Marketing Operation Plans to ensure product availability and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product pipeline with business growth and investment strategies.
