As a Manager, IT Procurement for APAC at JLL, you will be responsible for supporting the sourcing and delivery of key projects over the procurement threshold. Your role will involve working closely with both IT Procurement Category Managers and JLL Technology leaders to determine the appropriate strategy and deliver the necessary sourcing benefits. It is expected that you support the APAC region while ensuring alignment with Global IT Category leaders, all while adhering to JLL standards and practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Undertake the sourcing, negotiation, and contracting of JLL Technology requirements within APAC and Enterprise Service Lines - Work with JLL Technology Leaders to align requirements with future strategies and deliver the necessary commercial benefits - Build strategic relationships with suppliers and develop them on behalf of JLL, focusing on long-term mutually beneficial objectives and providing access to supplier innovation - Collaborate with IT Procurement Global Category Leaders to ensure sourcing aligns with the category approach and best practices - Lead strategic procurement projects, provide expert advice and guidance to the IT community and business stakeholders - Recommend appropriate service providers/supply partners, including Total Cost of Ownership models, to ensure the best service provision across the region **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and strong analytical ability - Ability to work across APAC, connect globally, and support various enterprise service lines - Strong IT technical expertise - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to work with senior business executives and across procurement leadership - Collaborative and influencing style with a focus on teamwork - Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments - Experience in sourcing indirect corporate services and products - Proficiency in MS applications with the ability to work with large amounts of data and build reports - Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university - 3-5 years of Sourcing and Procurement experience About JLL: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate with operations in over 80 countries and a workforce of over 102,000 individuals worldwide.
