Assistant Facilities Manager, Technical

Role Overview: You will be joining JLL as an Assistant Facilities Manager - Technical in the Integrated Facilities Management - Corporate Solutions (APAC, India) team. Your role will involve overcoming engineering challenges and shaping a system of best practices to ensure excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the chief engineer to monitor M&E projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery - Deliver accurate facility management reports consistently - Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services to clients - Contribute to financial targets, key performance indicators, and service level agreements - Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations, and civil maintenance - Prepare a list of critical spares based on manufacturers' recommendations - Plan maintenance inventory with in-house teams and implement preemptive maintenance programs - Maintain logbooks, checklists, and schedules up to date - Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups based on client requirements Qualifications Required: - Diploma or degree in engineering, preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering - 3-7 years of experience in facilities management - Ability to work effectively in a diverse team, both in leadership and individual contributor roles About JLL: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate, with operations in over 80 countries and a workforce of over 102,000 individuals globally.
