Manager, Internal Audit

You will be responsible for executing internal audits to optimize audit coverage in alignment with the organization's internal policies and external/regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include planning and conducting internal audits for all activities within the organization, coordinating with internal auditors firms, overseeing management of control lapses, preparing reports for management and the board, ensuring compliance with action on internal audit observations, monitoring and adhering to timelines for audit completion, evaluating controls over operations, financial reporting, and compliance with rules and regulations, designing SOPs, updating RCMs, performing ICOFR testing, maintaining and expanding expertise, providing extensive knowledge to others, identifying risks, and operating independently as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be CA qualified or have previous experience in Risk Advisory, possess 3-5 years of internal audit experience within the Banking industry or Professional Services Firm, demonstrate leadership, management, and time management skills, exhibit strong writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, showcase strong organizational and analytical skills, have experience with Microsoft Office, and possess knowledge of risks and internal controls.
