What you will do
The Manager, Incentive Compensation, Squad plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence of Amgens Incentive Compensation (IC) programs. This role serves as the end-to-end IC project lead and point of contact for US Team for an assigned business unit, responsible for managing IC processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs across all incentive workstreams.

Sales Crediting Rules (SCRs) Ownership:
Plan Document Creation, Routing, and Archival
Quality Control (QC) of IC Deliverables
