Job Description

Role Overview: Join Amgen's mission of serving patients by becoming a Manager, Incentive Compensation, Squad. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and operational excellence of Amgen's Incentive Compensation (IC) programs. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end IC project management, ownership of Sales Crediting Rules (SCRs), plan document creation and archival, quality control of IC deliverables, and expertise in core Incentive Compensation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage detailed project timelines for IC deliverables, ensuring on-time execution and alignment with business objectives. - Create, document, and maintain Sales Crediting Rules (SCRs) to translate business rules into executable logic for IC systems. - Lead the creation of IC plan documents, manage routing and approval workflows, and ensure proper archival for audit readiness. - Implement standardized QC processes, checklists, and review protocols to validate IC deliverables and ensure audit readiness. - Utilize core Incentive Compensation expertise to drive high-quality outputs and effective cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications Required: Basic Qualifications: - Master's degree & 6+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation. - Bachelor's degree & 8+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation. Preferred Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Commercial Operations, or Sales Analytics within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry. - Proven expertise in designing and managing Sales Crediting Rules (SCRs) and administering end-to-end IC processes. - Strong understanding of IC systems, data platforms, project management, and cross-functional leadership. - Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Familiarity with SOX controls, documentation standards, audit readiness, and collaboration with global teams. - Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
