Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees to enhance process knowledge and skills. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement in training methodologies. Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, tailored to the specific needs of the organization. Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes. Experience in creating training materials and resources, with a keen eye for detail and quality. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
