- Business administration
- Up to 10 years of experience in UK Pension domain Business Administration and Claims Processing including Death Claims (preferred)
- Experience with remote transition, hands on with process reporting: SLA, TAT, Quality, AHT, NIGO, RCA.
- Maintain accurate credit control logs and support financial reporting.
- Completing assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines apart from managing daily BAU.
