Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Assisting the payroll process along with the payroll team

2. Assist in timely and accurate payroll processing

3. Following the process of payroll norms as defined from time to time

4. Focusing on reducing the errors to the minimal possible factor

5. Compliance with the statutory norms of payroll deductions

6. Maintaining audit track of the payroll process

7. Assist in providing and collating timely data to Finance team for the purpose of pay credit funds

8. Supporting payroll team during the crucial end of the month.

9. Providing timely data and MIS for book closure and quarterly closure

10. Ensure that bank payment entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities for payroll are accurate, timely and meet the regulatory requirements

11. Help in providing payroll data for compliances under various labour laws, and miscellaneous need base report generation and MIS

12. People Strong payroll system knowhow

13. Timely and correct Payroll reports

14. Payslip Publish

15. Capture correct payroll inputs and information as received

16. Tax calculations and related deductions are correctly calculated
