Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for accurate and efficient payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement effective payroll procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve payroll-related issues and queries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a BPM/BPO industry is preferred.
