Senior Executive - Payroll

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle payroll for plant manpower.

Compliance needs to be handled on timely basis with accuracy.
Must be assisting in ISO audit activities.Time attendance fetching & monitoring for plant.Monitoring & sending absenteeism details to Management.Daily basis monitoring of attendance for contractor & casual labours APL.Checking of all sales tour bills.Monitoring and arranging local manpower as per requirement and maintaining data bank.Daily Plant round-at least 3 times in a day to find out and rectification of the deficiencies.Prepare OT payment of Plant & Casuals by eliminating unwanted OT claimed and assisting Accounts in audit.Prepare Contractor/ Casual salary payment and assist Accounts in Audit.Assist Cashier in cash salary disbursement.For new joining-making bio matric card & induction.Attending to all house-keeping work and resolving their grievances.Providing support in salary, bonus, leave encashment preparation.Checking of APL-OT and making payment sheet.Checking of RKR salary & OT sheets before payment.To maintain all registers, notice board display and looking SBD security alertness.General administrative work and other work as assigned by the Management from time to time.

• Must have plant HR experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹148,026.87 - ₹550,000.00 per year
