Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals
  • Handle annual salary reviews, incentives, bonuses, and benchmarking
  • Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
  • Prepare MIS, reports, dashboards, and compensation analytics
  • Support HR budgeting, audits, and cost optimization
  • Partner with HRBP and leadership teams on C&B initiatives

Desired Profile:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (IT/IT services preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and Indian labor laws
  • Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
