Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals
Handle annual salary reviews, incentives, bonuses, and benchmarking
Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
Prepare MIS, reports, dashboards, and compensation analytics
Support HR budgeting, audits, and cost optimization
Partner with HRBP and leadership teams on C&B initiatives

Desired Profile:

6–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (IT/IT services preferred)
Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation, and Indian labor laws
Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and analytics
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
