Job Description

Reward Analyst

The Reward Analyst will report to the Group Rewards Lead and support the delivery and ongoing management of the company s compensation and benefits programmes across the Group (global). This is a highly analytical role responsible for broad reward outcomes including benchmarking, annual cycle support, benefits and reporting. The successful candidate will help ensure our reward practices are competitive, compliant with local legislation and aligned with our global reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Analysis & Benchmarking

  • Support the maintenance and implementation of global compensation frameworks (fixed and variable pay)
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking to support competitive pay positioning
  • Build and maintain compensation models and cost scenarios to support reward and business decision-making

Annual Reward Cycle Support

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of annual salary review and bonus cycles
  • Prepare and maintain salary review and bonus planning templates
  • Prepare analysis and insights to support pay decisions based on performance, market movement and internal parity

Benefits Support

  • Support the administration and analysis of global benefits
  • Monitor benefits utilisation and costs, supporting renewals and audits
  • Ensure benefits align with local statutory requirements and internal policy

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
  • 2-4+ years experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations etc
  • Hands-on experience supporting salary review and/or bonus cycles
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivots, data validation, modelling)
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Exposure to market data providers such as Mercer, WTW, Radford etc

  • Strong analytical and numerical capability with high attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and provide clear, meaningful insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across global stakeholders
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to global or multi-country reward frameworks (desirable)
