Manager HRBP

As the Manager HRBP at our client, a global MNC in the healthcare industry based in Bangalore, your role will involve partnering with managers and associates to deliver core HR services. You will ensure optimal management of HR processes and associate experience, focusing on people and culture. Your responsibilities will include delivering annual people processes, providing coaching to managers for talent readiness, and contributing HR insights into local business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with managers and associates to deliver core HR services - Ensure optimal management of HR processes and associate experience - Provide coaching to managers for talent readiness - Solve local organizational challenges through people-related solutions - Contribute HR insights into business issues and deliver local solutions - Collaborate with HR COEs and HR Services on design and execution of solutions - Implement strategic initiatives and HR programs to support compensation, performance, employee relations, culture, and talent development - Coach business leaders and associates on HR-related topics such as change management, talent management, and career development - Drive high-quality, diverse local talent bench through selection process and talent development - Utilize workforce analytics to improve people and workforce management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partnering in a shared services environment - Ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders and partner effectively with senior leadership teams - Ability to navigate in a matrix environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced culture in lean teams Additional Details: It is desirable to have a master's degree in HR/IR or equivalent combination of years and education of directly related experience.,
