Manager HRBP

As an HR Business Partner at houseoftours.com in the Travel Domain, your role is to align business objectives with employees and management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Advising leadership on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning to ensure strategic HR partnership. - Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, talent reviews, and succession planning for effective talent management. - Coordinating training programs, tracking their effectiveness, and ensuring continuous learning & development. - Addressing workplace issues, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work culture for employee relations. - Supporting goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and development planning for effective performance management. - Ensuring adherence to employment laws, policies, and HR best practices for HR policy & compliance. - Driving engagement initiatives, developing retention strategies, and monitoring HR metrics for employee engagement & retention. Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - MBA in HR or Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. - Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR with proven expertise in strategic HR functions. - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. - Knowledge of HRIS systems is preferred. Please note that the location of this role is in Cochin with a Work From Office setup, working from Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. An immediate to 15 days notice period is preferred for this position.,
