Manager HRBP

As a Manager HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in Indore, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. Your main responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals. - Analyzing talent needs and supporting workforce optimization and succession planning. - Managing employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution. - Driving performance review cycles, goal-setting, and development plans. - Identifying skill gaps and supporting training, learning, and leadership programs. - Leading change management initiatives and culture-building activities. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory guidelines. - Utilizing HR analytics to provide insights on engagement, attrition, and workforce productivity. - Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. - Driving employee engagement strategies, recognition programs, and well-being interventions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. - Experience in ITES/BPO/MNCs is preferred.
