Job Description

As the Manager of Human Resources (HRBP) at Edenred India, your primary responsibility will be to drive employee retention and engagement, oversee HR operations, and implement globally prescribed HR processes and projects as directed by local, regional, and global leadership. Your role will require expertise in HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Management, and Facilities management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing strategies to improve employee retention and engagement. - Conducting local/pulse surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and concerns. - Prioritizing and taking action on concerns and feedback received from employees. - Executing programs and driving employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and loyalty. - Analyzing retention metrics and developing action plans to address areas of concern. - Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. - Developing a comprehensive employee onboarding program to ensure assimilation of new joiners. - Managing employee relations issues and providing guidance to managers and employees. - Implementing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments. - Implementing and driving globally prescribed HR processes and projects as directed by regional and global leadership. - Collaborating with global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices. - Partnering in global CSR initiatives and plans, ensuring compliance at the India level. - Acting as a custodian of Administrative duties and Facilities Management. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of experience as an HRBP. - Proven experience in driving employee retention and engagement initiatives. - Strong knowledge in HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
