Manager - HR Operations

As a seasoned Senior HR Executive in the IT industry, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end HR processes and office administration. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring that HR processes are in line with compliance and company standards. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition - Day-to-day HR operations and administrative support - Managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues - Supporting performance appraisals and evaluation processes - Coordinating training, onboarding, and development activities - Ensuring adherence to labour laws and internal HR policies - HR data management, reporting, and strategic planning Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in the IT Industry (Internal Hiring) - Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion In addition to the above, the company provides health insurance, provident fund, performance bonus, and yearly bonus as part of the benefits package.
