The job roles and responsibilities are,

\u27A4 Lead the Human Resources function for a specific business unit and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to formulate and execute the HR strategy for the organization, ensuring the successful attainment of business objectives.

\u27A4 Develop a strong grasp of the challenges faced by the business, its organizational structure, and talent-related issues to identify pertinent training requirements.

\u27A4 Provide assistance in managing change initiatives, guaranteeing the effective implementation of Organizational Development (OD) interventions, which includes educating and communicating with the workforce.

\u27A4 Conduct research into emerging industry trends and adapt them to align with our organizations practices and offerings, ensuring they remain in tune with evolving needs.

\u27A4 Utilize various internal and external data sources to create People Analytics and transform them into compelling visual presentations.

\u27A4 Prepare presentations and accompanying trends for the leadership team, enabling them to make recommendations and drive changes related to HR and People-related matters.

\u27A4 Possess experience in maintaining and enhancing key performance metrics such as absence rates, work adherence, and collaboration within the organization.

\u27A4 Demonstrate expertise in launching satisfaction surveys, extracting trends, and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to address the identified issues.

Requirements

Foodhub is a SaaS based IT Product development company known for its cutting-edge solutions and innovative and first in market approach. Foodhub is a globally successful tech company awarded as 4th fastest growing company in northern UK. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join their team and help sustain and innovate people practices for their India Offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people and Talent strategies, that can develop the skills and capabilities of our staff.

This position holds responsibility for managing both the people and their performance, as well as talent development, within the Indian business context. It plays a crucial role in fostering a seamless connection between individuals and the business by implementing effective communication and initiatives aimed at enhancing learning, engagement, and performance. These efforts have a direct influence on the current timeframe, while also considering and preparing for future business scenarios. This role is essential in providing support to People Managers to enhance their effectiveness in overseeing their teams performance and development. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with stakeholders on a variety of HR projects and initiatives, providing assistance in promoting employer branding and culture enhancements.

This role reports to the Human Resources Director.

The candidate should have the below skill sets,

\u27A4 8 to 12 years of practical experience in Human Resources or roles related to people management.

\u27A4 A minimum of 4 years of experience in actively engaging and coaching people managers.

\u27A4 Demonstrated capability and enthusiasm for working with data to effectively present metrics, outcomes, progress reports, and compliance information.

\u27A4 Possesses the flexibility and resilience to influence stakeholders positively.

\u27A4 Previous experience working with expatriates and in a global context is advantageous.

\u27A4 Displays a strong interest and proficiency in handling data, metrics, analysis, and staying informed about trends.

\u27A4 Adaptable to thrive in a highly diverse and fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of urgency.

\u27A4 Embraces an open mindset, exhibits curiosity, and has a willingness to learn.

\u27A4 Willingness to be flexible to work in a UK Shift
