Hiring Now International Voice Process | Customer Support | Foodhub, Chennai Position: Associate / Senior Associate Customer Support (International Voice) Location: Chennai (On-site) Experience: 2–6 Years (International Voice Process Preferred) Shift: Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts) About Foodhub Foodhub is a global leader in the online food ordering space, supporting thousands of restaurant partners across the UK, US, and other international markets. We provide cutting-edge ordering technology backed by exceptional customer service. Role Overview We are looking for experienced Customer Support professionals to join our International Voice team. You will be the first point of contact for global clients, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers Provide support and guidance on Foodhub services and products Log and track issues using internal tools and CRMs Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution Ensure high customer satisfaction with every interaction Required Skills Excellent communication in English with a neutral/global accent Previous experience in an international voice process is a must Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is a plus Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Medical insurance coverage Cab facility for night shifts A dynamic, growth-oriented work environment with international exposure To Apply: WhatsApp your profile to 9600330258
