Position - Manager HR & Admin

Experience 08 to 15 Years

Qualification – MBA (HR) or any other relevant field

Location – Ajmer (Rajasthan)

  • Recruitment and Staffing

    :

    Must have experience in hiring related to projects

    (Infra) and to close the vacancy within specified time limit, Coordinate hiring process. Hand on experience on various job portal, having aware & relationship about best recruitment agencies. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent specially related to heavy manufacturing industry
  • Employee Relations:

    Responsible for to plan, organizes and execute cultural activities and events to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, engage employees through various initiatives, such as team buildings activities, celebrations events.
  • Performance Management

    : Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance fairly and objectively. Provide coaching and feedback to managers on conducting effective performance reviews. Identify high-potential employees and create development & successor plans to nurture their skills and career growth.
  • Responsible for KRA & KPI Development- update measurable KRAs and KPIs is alignment with company goals.
  • Training and Development

    : Identify skill gaps within the organization and develop training programs to address them. Coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employees' professional skills. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuous improvement.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting

    : Collect and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of various HR initiatives. Generate regular reports on employee turnover, recruitment metrics, training effectiveness, and other key HR indicators.
  • Conduct employees 360-degree feedback, survey and employee’s satisfactions and make improvements as needed.
  • Analyse HR data, create reports and support strategic decision making.
  • Handle day to day HR generalist tasks as assigned by HOD like recruitment, onboarding, ISOCompliances related to HR Audit etc.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support organizational change initiatives including restructuring and culture development.
  • 12.Contribute to compensation planning and benefits administration in collaboration with compensation/benefits specialists.

  • HR Administration:

  • 13. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g., attendance, leave, personnel files).
  • 14. Administer benefits programs (insurance, leaves, employee welfare).
  • 15. Oversee employment contracts, renewals, and documentation.
  • 16. Ensure legal compliance in HR documentation and filing.
  • 17. Manage HRIS and ensure data accuracy.

  • Payroll Management:

  • 18.Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees (monthly/biweekly).
  • 19.Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor legislation, and internal policies.
  • 20.Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • 21.Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and journal entries.
  • 22.Process final settlements, bonuses, and other payroll-related changes.

  • Compliance & Audits:

  • 23.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.
  • 24.Prepare reports for audits, statutory inspections, and internal controls.
  • 25.Liaise with external agencies or government bodies as required.
