Manager - HR & Admin

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our real estate company. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the real estate industry’s workforce dynamics, including sales, site operations, and back-office staff. Key Responsibilities:1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Design and execute recruitment strategies for hiring across departments (sales, marketing, engineering, admin, etc.) Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning needs Oversee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI regulations, and statutory requirements Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking systems 3. Performance Management Implement and manage appraisal systems and KPIs for different departments Guide managers on goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms Drive employee development plans and training needs analysis 4. Employee Relations & Engagement Build a strong organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives Address grievances and ensure prompt conflict resolution Conduct regular HR audits, pulse surveys, and feedback sessions 5. Learning & Development Identify skills gaps and design training programs in coordination with department leads Facilitate soft skills, compliance, and role-specific training across the company 6. Policy Development Draft and update HR policies, employee handbook, and code of conduct Communicate HR policies effectively and ensure adherence across all levels Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
