Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel performance.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of service quality.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
