Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize hotel performance.
  • Supervise and train staff members to achieve high levels of service quality.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
