Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 1800000 (ie INR 12-18 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeSeeking a growth-focused marketing professional with strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally within regulated or industrial technology sectors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience driving pipeline growth for high-ticket, sales-led SaaS products in the North American market and thrives in a fast-scaling environment where experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration are core to success.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall growth charter for an AI-first enterprise platform.
  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and measurement across product lines including QMS, DMS, and CMMS.
  • Drive marketing-sourced pipeline generation for sales-led, high-ticket SaaS offerings.
  • Execute demand-generation initiatives across paid media, inbound marketing, ABM campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Build and optimize growth dashboards, leveraging data and experimentation to refine acquisition and conversion strategies.
  • Run controlled tests, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly to improve funnel metrics.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to shape revenue strategy and GTM motions.
  • Design scalable systems, processes, and growth engines rather than simply operating existing ones.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise growth marketing/demand generation.
  • Strong exposure to selling SaaS products in the North American (US) market.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue influence in a sales-led environment.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, paid acquisition, inbound strategy, ABM, and automation-driven nurture programs.
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to build dashboards, interpret data, and make experimentation-led decisions.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Hotjar, Segment, and multi-touch attribution platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • "Builder mindset" — comfortable creating systems, processes, and GTM frameworks from scratch.
