Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute the digital marketing plan to drive to top of the funnel (ToFU)- sales qualified leads and awareness
  • Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives like the webinars, newsletters, email promotions, online/google ads etc
  • Developing and implementing effective SEO/SEM strategies; managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
  • Manage the company website and optimize user flows for user engagement and conversions
  • Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management & spokespeople image management
  • Plan & execute paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Build and maintain relevant contacts database and grow the engaged audience count
  • Data Analytics and campaign performance tracking & reporting to offer creative recommendations
  • Configure CRM for tracking digital footprints and lead scoring
  • Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI across every initiative

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing/campaign management experience and expert level familiarity with Paid ads, Social Media, Web analytics, SEO/SEM- hands on experience with all platforms and tools is a must
  • Excellent academic credentials and a Bachelor’s qualification from a top-tier institution. Master’s qualification would be an added advantage but not required.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Proficient in using CRM, reporting, Advertising and Email Marketing Tools
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Ability to manage & drive multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Problem solving skills with critical thinking/ growth oriented mindset/ growth hacking

The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current technology trends. Experience: 3-5 years of Digital Marketing/campaign management experience
