Responsibilities
Roles & responsibilitiesManage client expectations and delivery of services to expatriate assignees of corporate clientsDirect assignee/ client Interactions and lead client calls; Proactively identify and communicate out-of-scope services to the clientApprove/sign-off cost projections, expatriate-related payroll allowances, split payroll and shadow payroll compensation, impute updates for employer-provided benefits in kind, perform review/calculations and CSOE’s. Have hands on experience in CoC applicationsPrepare Billing invoices for respective engagements, Identify out of scope services to billPrepare annual KGS engagement budget and appropriate resource planningActive involvement in MCS recruitment as requiredProactively schedule and drive meeting with engagement team to discuss status of activities of engagements, penetration, team utilization and planningEnsure that team meets budget and turn around time and communicate with management where gaps are identifiedQuality control, Monitor and Analyze feedbacks received for your teams and implement strategies accordingly to work on efficiencies in challenging areasEmployee Performance evaluations to be conducted in accordance to the firm’s goals and valueQualifications
Educational qualificationsMinimum Master Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting or FinanceMandatory technical & functional skillsThe candidate must have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big 4 FirmProficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, including spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel)., Knowledge in Alteryx, Gen AI toolsProficiency in managing assignment payroll and other servicesUnderstanding of Broad exposure to income taxation and knowledge of tax regulationsKey behavioral attributes/requirementsPersonal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality and ethical standards and valuesExcellent written and Exceptional communication skillsStrong Leadership and personnel management skills, Analytical skills with detail orientationTeam player; self-driven and ability to work independently as well as able to motivate team membersGrowth and commercial MindsetStrong Analytical abilityTarget driven and customer focusPeople management skills with demonstrated ability to build a transparent and cohesive teamTake a proactive role in mentoring /coachingWork collaboratively with the clients and deliver quality services by enforcing quality and KPMG standards#KGS
