About the role

The Founder’s Office at Plum plays a key role in the growth and transformation of the business. You’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO on projects that drive business outcomes - from revenue strategy and channel expansion to marketing effectiveness and organizational scaling. This role is equal parts strategy, analytics, and hustle - for someone who enjoys connecting data to decisions and decisions to results and working with a wide range of teams internally and externally.



What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Founder & leadership team to define and track key growth priorities across online, offline, and emerging channels.
  • Drive revenue acceleration projects, e.g., pricing strategy, portfolio mix optimization, and marketing ROI analysis.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities in products, formats, or markets and translate them into actionable business plans.
  • Build financial and business models to support decision-making on launches, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, category, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Lead deep dives into performance metrics - from funnels to distribution efficiencies - and recommend course corrections.
  • Prepare strategic documents, investor updates, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Anticipate needs, connect dots, and help the Founder’s bandwidth focus on the most strategic levers.
  • Stay close to the consumer - translating insights and data into growth experiments that can scale.


What we’re looking for

  • 3–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, category management, growth, or a founder’s/CEO’s office.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, and comfort with numbers, models, and narratives.
  • Proven ability to take a project from idea to impact with minimal supervision.
  • Growth orientation, and innate curiosity about how brands grow and how businesses can be built.
