At ONN Bikes, we are a team of highly motivated and driven individuals transforming the way India moves.We are passionate about building long-term solutions that deliver affordable, connected, and sustainable mobility for everyone.Collaboration, innovation, and accountability drive everything we do.As part of our team, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban mobility while ensuring financial excellence across the organization.We are looking for a Manager, Finance & Accounts to join us.This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility while ensuring high responsibility and impact.The role involves managing compliance (GST, TDS, and Income Tax), audits, MIS reporting, financial controls, and guiding the accounts team.Candidates should have strong accounting and auditing experience, preferably with exposure to smaller organizations that provide a wide range of and Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
  • Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors and consultants.
  • Oversee monthly closure of books of accounts and the preparation of MIS reports.
  • Supervise and guide accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day accounting.
  • Manage accounts of the company as well as sister concerns.
  • Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow to ensure effective financial Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
  • An analytical mind-set with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight Qualification & Experience
  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Experience

  • 2-3 years for a qualified CA/CMA.
  • 4-5 years for Non-CA (e.g., MBA Finance or equivalent).
