Collaboration, innovation, and accountability are at the core of our work culture, and your contribution will be instrumental in shaping the future of urban transportation while ensuring financial excellence throughout the organization. - Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions. - Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors and consultants. - Oversee the monthly closure of books of accounts and prepare MIS reports. - Supervise and provide guidance to accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day accounting tasks. - Manage accounts of the company and its sister concerns. - Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and ensure timely financial reporting. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance. - Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting. - Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial tools. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and team management skills. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Qualification: - Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
