Maintaining an organized filing and documentation system, both digital and physical, will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will support the team in month-end and year-end closing activities and handle ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an accounts or finance department. Strong knowledge of accounting terms, MS Excel, and Tally/ERP systems is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital, along with a high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information. Strong organizational and time management skills are required for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.
