1. Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors and consultants.
• Oversee monthly closure of books of accounts and the preparation of MIS reports.
• Supervise and guide accountants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day accounting.
• Manage accounts of the company as well as sister concerns.
• Strengthen internal controls, standardize processes, and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow to ensure effective financial management.

2. Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, audits, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

3. Educational Qualification & Experience

• Qualification:

  Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

• Experience:

• 2–3 years for a qualified CA/CMA.
• 4–5 years for Non-CA (e.g., MBA Finance or equivalent).
