As the Manager, Finance & Accounts at HELA Systems Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Financial Reporting: - Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as per IND As and IFRS. - Budgeting and Forecasting: - Prepare Budget and controlling budget. Providing variance analysis with actual on a regular basis. - Management Report: - Prepare various MIS for Management and provide analysis on business performance. - Financial Analysis: - Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions. - Compliance and Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage financial risks, and implement internal controls. - Audit and Assurance: - Handle Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Tax Auditor, and Sox Audit. - Taxation: - Demonstrate knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations. - Expertise in: - Advance Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Dashboards, PPTs, Document drafting & Report-writing. - Knowledge of Tally and SAP.
