As a Marketing Associate at ONN Bikes, you’ll play a key role in driving brand growth and customer engagement. From crafting campaigns to managing our digital presence, you’ll help shape how we connect with audiences across India. Job Title: Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create compelling content tailored for websites, social media, email, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies/partners.
• Manage digital presence, including SEO, email marketing, and social media engagement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and present actionable insights.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
• Support the execution of events and ensure smooth content distribution.
• Coordinate and distribute marketing collateral to franchise partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
