Role Overview: You will be working as a Marketing Associate at BonV Technology, supporting the Head of Marketing in various tasks related to branding, content creation, communication, events, and stakeholder engagement. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can learn strategic marketing while actively contributing to essential marketing deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Shadow the Head of Marketing to assist in daily operations, project tracking, and follow-ups with stakeholders - Manage internal communication, coordinate calendars, and prepare briefing documents - Contribute to content planning, draft articles, handle email communication, and execute social media campaigns - Assist in the development of brand decks, marketing collaterals, and reports on campaign performance - Coordinate with design, PR, and external vendors for ongoing marketing requirements - Collaborate with teams such as Business Development, Human Resources, Product, and others to meet cross-functional marketing needs - Track marketing milestones, generate progress reports, and suggest process enhancements Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or communication role - Proficient in writing, editing, and storytelling - Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple responsibilities - Curious, driven, and passionate about deep-tech, defence, drones, and aerospace - Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is advantageous Additional Details: BonV Technology is a pioneering deep-tech company specializing in aerospace and aviation, dedicated to revolutionizing logistics in challenging terrains and remote border areas.
