As a Customer Service Executive at Engineers Enterprise, your role will involve responding promptly to inquiries received via IndiaMART and other platforms. You will be responsible for handling email correspondence and resolving basic customer queries with accuracy. Conducting timely follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction will also be a key part of your job. It will be essential to maintain records of interactions, queries, and follow-up actions, as well as coordinating with internal teams (sales/operations) to provide correct information to customers. Your commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction by providing clear, courteous, and professional responses is crucial. Meeting response time SLAs and follow-up targets set by the company and staying updated on product/service offerings to answer customer questions effectively will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to inquiries received via IndiaMART and other platforms - Handle email correspondence and resolve basic customer queries with accuracy - Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction - Maintain records of interactions, queries, and follow-up actions - Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations) to provide correct information to customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, courteous, and professional responses - Meet response time SLAs and follow-up targets as set by the company - Stay updated on product/service offerings to answer customer questions effectively Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or marketing (internships/freelance experience is a plus) - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus) - Comfortable using email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and online platforms (experience with CRM or IndiaMART portal preferred) - Ability to handle customer queries professionally, maintain a polite tone, and build relationships with clients - Quick thinker, able to resolve client concerns or escalate to the right team when necessary - Ability to manage multiple queries, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records - Willingness to learn product knowledge, company processes, and adapt to feedback As a Customer Service Executive at Engineers Enterprise, your role will involve responding promptly to inquiries received via IndiaMART and other platforms.
