Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Manage and update the IndiaMART portal, including product listings, lead responses, inquiries, and customer communication. • Regularly update and maintain the company website (content, product details, banners, news updates). • Optimize product listings and website content for SEO and better visibility. • Coordinate with sales teams to keep product information accurate and updated. • Track inquiries/leads from IndiaMART and website, and share with the concerned team. • Monitor performance metrics of both platforms and prepare monthly reports. • Create and execute email campaigns and promotional content, as required. • Handle basic graphic design. • Explore additional digital platforms to boost product reach and online visibility. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field. • 13 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial sector. • Hands-on experience with IndiaMART portal and website CMS. • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). • Good communication skills in English and Hindi. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
