Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Electrical Engineer located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing substation equipment like line trappers, working on power distribution and power systems, and ensuring compliance with electrical engineering standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing design plans for substation equipment, analyzing electrical circuits, troubleshooting design issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Qualifications Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering Experience with Power Distribution and Power Systems In-depth understanding of Electricity principles and applications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience in the power industry is advantageous

Role Description Respond promptly to inquiries received via IndiaMART and other platforms. Handle email correspondence and resolve basic customer queries with accuracy. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction. Maintain records of interactions, queries, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with internal teams (sales/operations) to provide correct information to customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, courteous, and professional responses. Meet response time SLAs and follow-up targets as set by the company. Stay updated on product/service offerings to answer customer questions effectively. Qualifications 1–2 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or marketing (internships/freelance experience is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Comfortable using email, MS Office/Google Workspace, and online platforms (experience with CRM or IndiaMART portal preferred). Ability to handle customer queries professionally, maintain a polite tone, and build relationships with clients. Quick thinker, able to resolve client concerns or escalate to the right team when necessary. Ability to manage multiple queries, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate records. Willingness to learn product knowledge, company processes, and adapt to feedback.
