Marketing Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers
  
• Execute trade marketing activities to increase hospital referrals
  
• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups in assigned territory
  
• Promote hospital services, specialties, and packages
  
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information
  
• Coordinate health camps, CME programs, and promotional activities
  
• Ensure proper branding and visibility at trade partner locations
  
• Prepare daily visit reports and MIS updates
  
• Support patient referral and conversion activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Local market knowledge of Nandurbar is an advantage

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred)
  
• 1 - 3 years experience in healthcare / pharma / trade marketing preferred
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
