Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer & Creator Coordination

• Identify relevant influencers and creators.
• Reach out, follow up, and coordinate collaborations.
• Manage gifting, trial visits, and permissions for content shoots.
• Track deliverables and timelines.

2. Agency & Vendor Collaboration

• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers.
• Communicate briefs clearly and track output deadlines.
• Manage conversations with digital agencies or external partners as needed.

3. Content & Social Support

• Assist with posting on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Collect UGC from members, creators, and community events.
• Organise brand assets, footage, and references.

4. Event & Community Support

• Assist the Community & Events Lead in planning and executing events.
• Coordinate logistics, invites, partner participation, and on-ground support.
• Capture content moments with photographers or via phone when needed.

5. Daily Support for the Head of Brand & Marketing

• Take quick briefs and execute them without micromanagement.
• Prepare presentations, notes, summaries, and reports when needed.
• Ensure marketing workflows run smoothly end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome if proactive + smart).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable talking to influencers, vendors, agencies, and members.
• Organised, quick at follow-ups, and good at multitasking.
• Basic understanding of social media, design, and marketing workflows.
• High ownership mindset: able to take a brief and run with it.
• Knows how to write clear captions/emails/briefs.
