Manage and update company website via WordPress ; basic HTML knowledge required for custom tweaks. Design engaging visuals using Canva for campaigns, social media, and email. Create and edit promotional videos for marketing use. Develop and execute email marketing strategies for lead generation and nurturing (mainly B2B). Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility in the US market. Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements. Collaborate with sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience , preferably targeting the US market . Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.). Strong knowledge of SEO , Google Analytics, and digital marketing trends. Creative flair with tools like Canva for quick design tasks.

Role & responsibilitie Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach. Research and identify key decision-makers and initiate contact via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and call outcomes in CRM. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in B2B cold calling and lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Proven ability to connect with senior-level decision-makers. Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality with a hunter” mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and cold outreach strategies. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in the US B2B market is a strong plus.
