Technical Design Manager

What You Will Lead:

• Drive

  the integration of

  lighting, acoustics, and ergonomics

  into design solutions for enhanced comfort and aesthetics.

• Oversee

  design and technical detailing of furniture, joinery, and modular systems, ensuring feasibility for production and alignment with brand standards.

• Collaborate

  closely with project managers, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Conduct

  regular design reviews and ensure adherence to company standards while exploring

  innovative materials and technologies

  .

• Mentor and guide

  junior designers and draftsmen, promoting creativity, efficiency, and precision in every project.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage

  interior design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.

• Translate

  creative concepts into detailed working drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

• Develop

  detailed layouts, 3D models, and visualizations using

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit

  .

• Produce

  high-quality renderings and client presentations using

  3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite

  .

• Supervise

  technical detailing for furniture and modular systems, ensuring production alignment.

• Explore

  new materials, finishes, and technologies to drive design innovation.

• Lead and inspire

  the design team to maintain excellence and efficiency across all project stages.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

  .

• 8–16 years of experience

  in furniture, furnishing, or interior design, especially in

  modular or bespoke

  product segments.
• Proven experience

  managing a design team

  and working with

  production and site teams

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite

  .
• Strong understanding of

  materials, finishes, color theory, and space utilization

  .
• Excellent

  client handling, communication, and project management

  skills.
