We’re looking for a Technical Design Manager with a passion for precision and creativity!

If you have a strong background in furniture design, modular interiors, and space planning, and love turning design concepts into flawless technical outputs, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

🔹Lead and mentor the technical design team for interior and furniture projects.

🔹Translate creative concepts into detailed working drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

🔹Coordinate with designers, production, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution.

🔹Oversee material selection, joinery detailing, and manufacturing feasibility.

🔹Conduct site visits to review progress and resolve design or technical challenges.

🔹Maintain quality, accuracy, and timelines across all deliverables.

What You’ll Bring

🔹Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.

🔹Expertise in furniture manufacturing, joinery detailing, and modular systems.

🔹Excellent project coordination and problem-solving skills.

🔹Eye for detail and ability to ensure design quality at every stage.

Qualification & Experience

🎓 bachelor’s in interior design / architecture / industrial design (master’s preferred)

💼 8–16 years’ experience in technical design management in the furniture or modular interiors domain.

🪑 Experience managing a technical team and working closely with production & site teams.
