Role Description

• Manage interior design projects from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and progress updates.
• Develop detailed layouts, drawings, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Create high-quality renderings and client presentations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Oversee end-to-end project planning, budgeting, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite tools.
• Integrate principles of lighting design, acoustics, and ergonomics into design solutions.
• Supervise furniture, joinery, and modular system detailing, ensuring alignment with production standards.
• Review design outputs for accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Explore new materials, finishes, and technologies to enhance design innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the design team to achieve project excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in interior design, with at least 10 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience working with furniture and furnishing products, including modular, bespoke, or luxury segments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of residential and commercial design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and design visualization software.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, color theory, and space utilization.
• Strong communication, client-handling, and project management skills.
