Manager, Finance & Accounts

As a Manager, Finance & Accounts at HELA Systems Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing the financial aspects of the company. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports in compliance with IND As and IFRS standards. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide regular variance analysis. - Management Reporting: Create various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and analyze business data to support decision-making. - Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and offer insights to drive business decisions. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, manage financial risks, and establish internal controls. - Audit and Assurance: Coordinate with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor, Tax Auditor, and Sox Audit teams. - Taxation: Maintain knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory regulations. - Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Dashboards, PPTs, Document drafting, and Report-writing. - Familiarity with Tally and SAP software. Qualifications & Experience: - Qualified CA with 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience. Additional Details: HELA Systems Pvt.
