Key Responsibilities As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring compliance and transparency across all finance functions. You’ll be responsible for: Leading financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and reporting Managing and mentoring the finance team Ensuring full compliance with IT, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, STPI, FEMA, FERRA, Labour, PT, and ROC standards Driving financial reporting and analysis to support senior leadership Overseeing invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, and statutory filings Liaising with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies Managing and coordinating internal and external audits Qualifications Educational Qualifications: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA, CMA/CWA, or ACCA Expertise: Solid experience in core finance functions, reporting, audits, and compliance Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, drive strategic initiatives, and partner closely with executive leadership Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present financial insights clearly to various stakeholders This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-growth tech environment with a collaborative culture and clear path for leadership.
