Manager – Finance & Accounts

We are looking for a skilled Finance and Accounts Manager with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Sector 37, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in MIS reporting, cash flow management, and GST reconciliation.

• Manage daily accounting operations, including sales invoice preparation, purchase entry, voucher check, and local payments.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial performance.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies to optimize profitability and minimize costs.
• Supervise the accounts team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and resolve any audit findings.
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Manage import consignment checks and bill entry reconciliations with the bank.
• Handle import payments and Forex negotiations.
• Operate the SAP system and coordinate with vendors.
• Plan and check balance sheets.
• Reconcile employee reimbursements and advance payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation and prepare BGs.

• Strong interpersonal skills and convincing power are essential.
• Experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines is required.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Office is necessary.
• A CA/MBA from Accounting and Finance is preferred.
• Industry/sector specific background in project company or automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical, glass, or packaging is beneficial.
• Candidates should be between 24-35 years old.
• Skills in accounting, auditing, taxation, cost accounting, finance analysis, GST reconciliation, TDS return, GST returns, import payments, finance management, and walk-in procedures are desirable.
